Refund & Deferment Policy – CoLLearn
At CoLLearn, we aim to deliver high-impact, industry-relevant learning experiences. We strongly encourage all prospective learners to carefully review the program details, curriculum, trainer credentials, and FAQs before making an enrollment decision.
Please note the following policy terms:
Refund Policy
- Once the full or partial program fee has been paid, no refund requests will be entertained, regardless of the reason for withdrawal or discontinuation.
- This applies to all modes of payment, including one-time payments, EMI, or third-party financing options
- We recommend candidates ensure clarity on program expectations, outcomes, schedules, and delivery format prior to enrolling
Deferment Policy
- In case a candidate is unable to attend the batch they enrolled for, we offer a one-time deferment option to shift their admission to a future batch of the same program.
- Deferment requests must be raised at least 3 days prior to the program start date.
- Approval is subject to internal review and availability of seats in the requested future batch.
